Orders are shipped via Canada Post FOR A FLATRATE OF $10 within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS with the exception of bespoke items.  You will be notified via email with a tracking number. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.

Please note if you do not select a tracked shipping method, Rack+Ruin is unable to give you any information on where it might be nor are we held responsible for lost or damaged goods once your untracked package is with Canada Post. 

SHIPPING IS FREE IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OVER $200! just select the option at checkout! pick-up + delivery is available for Eston + Kindersley only.

I live in Eston, SK, Canada.  If you live in the area select 'Eston Pick Up' at checkout and then email me with your preferred date and time to pick up.  Deliveries can be made to Kindersley once a week so select “Kindersley delivery” at checkout.

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes where applicable. Rack+Ruin is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
